About Dana Said
Dana Said is an experienced Interior Designer, Painter, and Curator known for her thoughtful approach to creativity and design. Her abstract paintings feature vibrant colors and dynamic forms, often inspired by emotional experiences and human condition. Through her work, Dana explores the relationship between color and shape, creating visual narratives that resonate with viewers. Her artworks have been exhibited in Doha, Damascus, and Paris.
In her design career, Dana is the Head of FROMM Lab, where she focuses on aligning design initiatives with creativity and innovation. With over 25 years of experience in Interior Design, she has successfully managed various residential and corporate projects, with strengths in furniture design.
Dana holds a BA`s degree in interior design and an AA`s degree in Graphic Design from the Lebanese American University. She has also enhanced her skills through painting courses in London, Krakow, and Boston.
As the founder of Qatar Art Spots, a digital platform aimed at supporting the art community, Dana is committed to promoting Doha`s art scene. Through her efforts, she helps nurture creative identities and foster an environment where art and design can thrive.
